RSVP of Suffolk County:

• Is a 501(c)(3) organization.

• RSVP has been serving all of Suffolk County since 1972.

• Currently over 900 volunteers are active in the community.

• We partner with 125 other not-for-profit organizations throughout the county who need volunteers to assist them.

• Funded by federal, state, county and local government as well as foundations and private contributions.

• Rendered 154,000 hours of community service in 2007 - at a value of 3.5 million dollars of manpower.

RSVP exists so that someone like you with the energy and knowledge to spare, can make a big difference where you're needed most - in your community.

Our Volunteers:

• Do what they want to do and when they want to do it.

• Some choose to serve in a manner consistent with their professional careers by providing management services to Non-Profit agencies.
