Speaker: Dr. Robert Butler, Pulitzer Prize-winning author and president
of the International Longevity Center-USA.
Dr. Butler will discuss his latest book “the Longevity Revolution” and
entertain audience questions.

fee which includes breakfast and a copy of Dr. Butler’s book.

HEAP application assistant needed for 22
weeks (ends 12/31/08), $9.50 @ hour. Processing HEAP (Home
Energy Assistance Program) applications. Phone and computer

The RSVP’s Speakers’ Bureau is
available to speak to community groups on senior health issues such as
fall prevention: identifying risks at home, substance abuse in the
elderly, how to communicate effectively with your medical professional,
and taking medications wisely. To book a presentation, call Carmela at

RSVP’s next volunteer training
will take place on September 18th. Learn about the history of
volunteerism and the benefits associated with RSVP. Gain insight into
cultural diversity and sexual harassment issues. Staff will be

Day 2008 luncheon invitations will be sent to volunteers with 40
hours of service at their volunteer sites for the period July 1,
2007 to July 1, 2008.
