Telephone Reassurance Telephone Reassurance – Daily phone calls by senior volunteers to seniors living in the community to socialize and monitor their well being.  An emergency backup procedure for each recipient saves lives!
Friendly Visiting  –  Senior volunteers visit homebound seniors to provide companionship and assistance with small tasks that help the senior remain independent in the community for as long as is viable. Visits are limited to one to two hours weekly. Friendly Visiting
Community Computer Connections Program Community Computer Connections ProgramDonated computers are refurbished under a Microsoft license by tech-savvy seniors and installed in the homes of financially-challenged seniors, families and individuals who cannot afford this essential technology.

Speakers’ Bureau – Trained volunteers address senior health issues pertaining to:  Medication Management, Decluttering Your Life and Caregiver Resources.  The Speakers’ Bureau is available to present this information at senior sites, libraries, in Suffolk County. Speaker's Bureau
America Reads America Reads – Literacy program developed for elementary age students who need assistance with their reading skills.  Volunteers read with individual or small groups of students.
Feelin' Good Programs – Trained volunteers assist with wellness discussions on maintaining healthy lifestyles, exercise programs and general health education at senior and nutrition centers throughout Suffolk County. Fealin' Good Programs
Living Healthy with Better Choices Living Healthy with Better Choices – is a six-week workshop series that empowers older adults and their caregivers to take charge of their chronic conditions, such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety, etc.
